1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Classmate Pro app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

Classmate Pro is intended for use by private tutors, home tutors, and coaching centres to manage their own teaching operations. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Classmate Pro only for its intended purpose of managing your own tutoring or coaching operations, and agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, our servers, or other users' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's normal operation.
• Use the WhatsApp communication feature to send unsolicited or abusive messages.

5. User-Provided Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the class, student, guardian, attendance, and fee information you enter into the app, and for having any necessary permission or consent to enter information about your students and their guardians. 6. Service Availability

We aim to keep Classmate Pro available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

7. Plans and Billing

Free plan

The Free plan is available at no cost, limited to 3 classes and 15 students.

Paid plans

Paid plans (Tutor, Tutor Plus, and Coaching) offer higher class and student limits, at the prices shown on our Pricing page.

Billing periods

Paid plans are available on a monthly or annual recurring billing basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Google Play Billing

All payments are processed by Google Play. Your relationship with Google Play regarding payment is governed by Google's own terms, in addition to these Terms.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Google Play Store on your device. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Refunds for payments made through Google Play are handled according to Google Play's own refund policies, not a separate refund policy operated by The Spiders.

9. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app. See our Delete Your Account page for details. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription — that must be cancelled separately.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app for accounts that violate these Terms, such as through the acceptable-use violations described above.

11. Intellectual Property

The Classmate Pro app, its design, logo, and branding are the property of The Spiders. You retain ownership of the class, student, guardian, and other content you enter into the app.

12. Limitation of Liability

Classmate Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Spiders is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the app or these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
